Why give them away

Tools as proof.

These tools are not the product. They’re samples of the work we ship inside paid engagements. We give them away for two reasons.

They qualify our buyers. The operators who take the diagnostic seriously and send the report internally are usually the ones whose problems we’re built to fix. The ones who take it for the meme aren’t.

They demonstrate the work. A scored 12-question diagnostic with a 90-day priority list is more credible than any sales call narrative we could run. The output speaks for itself.
