Free playbooks
Five playbooks. Built on real frameworks.
Bespoke, fintech-adapted productizations of our four core pillars plus a specialty AI workforce transformation playbook. Each one cites the public frameworks it builds on (Mercer IPE, McKinsey 7-S, Gallup Q12, Galbraith Star, Lou Adler’s Performance-Based Hiring, Drotter’s Leadership Pipeline, Andy Grove’s management work, NIST AI RMF, EEOC 2023 guidance). The synthesis + the fintech-vertical adaptation + the 30/60/90 worksheets are FlexHR’s contribution.

Why we cite.
Most fractional CHRO sites don’t cite their sources. We do — for two reasons.
Operator-grade work has provenance. The Manager Operating System is anchored in Gallup’s 70% finding, Google’s Project Oxygen, and a decade of other replicated research. Our comp methodology builds on Mercer IPE and Korn Ferry Hay. Our hiring scorecards extend Lou Adler and Topgrading. Pretending we invented all of this is consultancy posturing. We’d rather show our work.
The synthesis is where we earn our fee. Public frameworks are widely available. What we contribute is the fintech-specific adaptation, the 30/60/90 worksheet that makes them actionable, and the engagement model that installs them in companies that need them.
These playbooks are real samples — drawn from what we ship in paid engagements. We give them away for two reasons: they qualify our buyers (the ones who use them seriously come back to talk about implementation), and they demonstrate the work better than a sales call ever could.
